[Overhaul Case] Spine Stamping Device

We also offer maintenance and modifications for the equipment and devices you are currently using!

We would like to introduce a case of an overhaul of a spine stamping machine that we conducted. The machine was delivered about 20 years ago and had started to experience frequent issues related to precision and electrical components. Even if we wanted to perform an overhaul, the original contractor no longer existed, and there were no electrical schematics available, which created unfavorable conditions. Due to the age of the system and the unavailability of servo motors, we decided to switch the sequencer to the Melsec Q-Series and also change the servo motors.
